Bioware released the second part of their Making of Dragon Age 2 series. This time they detail the way the story is told and how the players will be developing relationships with other characters.
The story of the game will be presented in a unique way in Dragon Age 2. Instead of providing a plot that would be similar to that of Origins, the developers decided to create a story that explored a wider view of the Dragon Age lore. The story will be told through narration by a character that witnessed the events that the Champion of Kirkwall affected. The developers even mention that sometimes the storyteller will tell the story as it is known from legend, suggesting that those portions will be exaggerations of the truth. It would be awesome to be able to play these parts of the story with exaggerated abilities and unrealistic conclusions only to replay the event in the way that it actually happened.
This is definitely one of my most anticipated games of 2011. I already got my pre-order set for my free upgrade for the Signature Edition.
