Hmmm… So about a month or so ago I wrote a little piece about Telltale Games’ Back to the Future game in the works and I wasn’t very optimistic about the person casted to voice Marty McFly… Honestly, it was a bit of a deal breaker for me if Marty’s voice sucked. They got Christopher Lloyd to come back and voice Doc and that’s cool and all; don’t get me wrong, but it’s freakin’ Marty McFly! Excuse my slight bias, but he’s the most iconic character ever from the greatest cinematic franchise to ever exist… If people weren’t so busy picking their jaws up off of the floor from seeing the trailer of the first movie then they would have ran to the theater right away and just the first movie in the trilogy alone would’ve made more than all of James Cameron, Steven Spielberg, and George Lucas’ movies combined; I guess people just got some heavy jaws. But again, just a slight bias. I apologize.
Here is a recently released trailer for the game. I peed and cried while watching this and now my body is weak from lack of fluids. The trailer is interesting in that it shows that the game does not bring you along for a ride through the trilogy’s story, but rather an original story set six months after the event of the third film. You’ll also get to hear the superb Marty McFly voice acting. AJ Locascio is the name of the voice actor for Marty McFly and let me tell you, this guy sounds so much like Michael J. Fox it’s scary. You’ll be able to play it on Windows, Mac OS, PS3 or even an iPad; but where is the love for the Xbox 360? C’mon, man…..
